Job Summary
Cash Product Senior Analyst, AVP at State Street Alpha Cash Product Optimization (CPO) to support Cash Hub and its ecosystem. Analyze and refine business requirements, translate them into product-aligned solutions, and validate end-to-end workflows across Cash Hub, Tier, and downstream systems. Lead requirement and solution discussions with stakeholders across Product, Implementation, and Technology teams; provide guidance to junior team members; develop guides for product scenarios; deliver demos and knowledge transfer; ensure governance for requirement intake and change approval; drive solution alignment across teams and maintain consistency in product design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in financial services (cash, product, or implementation)
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently lead discussions and drive solution alignment across stakeholders
- Hands on experience with trading and accounting systems including upstream and downstream applications is preferred
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong English Communication skill, written and oral
- Strong SQL knowledge is preferred
- Experience in mentoring, guiding, or coordinating junior team members, including reviewing deliverables and providing feedback
- Ability to balance individual contribution with light team leadership responsibilities
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize work across self and team members
- Flexibility to support global stakeholders, including evening calls with US teams
