Job Summary
Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering. Perform deposit processing functions including reconciling out-of-balance conditions and verifying cash settlements are accurate before transferring funds to appropriate vaults. Identify counterfeit currency, suspicious activity, and potential AML red flags, then immediately report findings to a supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and state and federal regulations while meeting established productivity standards. Work independently without direct supervision, sharing process improvement opportunities as needed. Requires strong data entry skills, detail orientation, and the ability to stand for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have strong data entry skills and experience
- Must be Detail-oriented with basic Math skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and balancing experience highly desired
- 1-2 years teller experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
