Job Summary
Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering. Perform deposit processing functions including reconciling out-of-balance conditions and ensuring cash settlements are accurate before transferring funds to appropriate vaults. Identify counterfeit currency, suspicious activity reports, and potential AML red flag transactions, then immediately report findings to a supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies, state, and federal regulations while meeting established productivity standards. Work independently without direct supervision, utilizing strong data entry skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm and 5:00pm to 1:30am at an hourly rate of $16.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have strong data entry skills and experience
- Must be Detail-oriented with basic Math skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and balancing experience highly desired
- 1-2 years teller experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
