Cash Processing Analyst

Job Summary
Monitor daily cash processing activities and payment forecasts to ensure accurate, timely execution aligned with treasury guidelines. Investigate and resolve payment issues, including rejections and discrepancies, while coordinating with third-party providers to track SLAs and KPIs. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and desktop procedures, supporting ad hoc approvals as needed. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by developing business cases for automation technologies and collaborating with IT and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable process solutions. Track operational metrics such as timeliness and error rates to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of in global Source-to-pay related processes within a shared services environment
- Cash processing operation experience
- Strong understanding of strategic third-party vendor management and collaboration
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and FI Module
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Experience leading process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within Finance, Source-to-Pay, Treasury, or Shared Services environments
- Experience documenting business requirements, process mapping, and solution design
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a global, multi-currency environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Portuguese is a plus
