Job Summary
Posting reconciliation specialist role focused on billing, posting and reconciling patient accounts to achieve a zero balance, with emphasis on accuracy in posting insurance and patient payments, communication with payers/patients, and problem-solving to resolve account issues. Requires 3-5 years in cash posting/reconciliation, strong Excel and NexGen familiarity, and ability to work independently in a hybrid/in-person dual-location environment (Nashville/PA).
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in cash posting and/or reconciliation of patient accounts
- Proficient in Google, Google Docs, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with NexGen a plus
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Meet deadlines and KPI metric expectations
- Experience in navigating clearinghouses and insurance portals
- Proficiency with medical record technology required
- Able to work 5 days per week in our Jenkintown office
