Job Summary
Monitor payments transactions to ensure processing in accordance with SLAs, Bank policies, and regulatory standards including BSA/AML and OFAC. Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment processing by investigating issues, opening investigation cases, and escalating operational or technical problems. Perform EOD reconciliation, analyze discrepancies, and prepare management reports on payment processing and investigations. Collaborate with internal users and other departments to address payment system questions, support system testing for BCP and upgrades, and maintain alignment with current processes and risk frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ACH and Wire Transfers
- Knowledge of checks in the US
- Knowledge of payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, ACH, Fedline, wire transfer systems), regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Organized and rigorous attention to detail with a control-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task
- 3 years minimum experience
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
- Experience in Microsoft Office products
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment
- Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking
- Occasional moving and lifting light equipment and/or furniture
