Job Summary
Cash Operations Technician responsible for the cash operations of ATM and AirVac machines, including first-line maintenance, cash replenishment, courier duties, and coordination with dispatch to fulfill service requests. Duties include basic maintenance such as clearing jams, rebooting machines, running diagnostics, software updates, and escalating issues to tech support; maintain inventory, complete administrative paperwork, and meet efficiency and safety metrics. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to obtain DOT certification, and ability to travel; physical demands include lifting and operating in field conditions with occasional longer shifts and travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Federal Medical Certification)
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
