Job Summary
Cash Operations Technician responsible for the cash operations of ATM and AirVac machines, including first line maintenance, cash replenishment, courier duties, and supporting field service activities. Key duties include performing courier functions (cash replenishment, ATM/airvac pulls, coin delivery, deposits), basic first line maintenance (clearing jams, rebooting machines, updating software, running diagnostics, escalating issues), coordinating with territory dispatchers, completing administrative paperwork, maintaining inventory and safety standards, providing training and ride-alongs as needed, and complying with security procedures. Flexible 4-10 hour shifts, travel within the route, and a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and customer service are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company’s risk insurer
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Federal Medical Certification) is required
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Ability to work in a safe manner when lifting and performing tasks associated with position
- Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work
- Ability to follow the expectations set forth in the Field Service Handbook
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties
