Job Summary
Provide cash and courier services to ATM and AirVac customers; perform basic First Line Maintenance on ATM and AirVac machines including jams, diagnostics, software updates, and escalation to tech support; coordinate with the territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests; maintain inventory and complete administrative tasks; uphold security procedures and safety standards; travel and operate in a field-service environment performing maintenance and cash-handling duties with an emphasis on reliability, accuracy, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work
- Ability to follow Field Service Handbook expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, problem-solver
- Ability to adapt to changes in the workplace or duties
- Ability to lift and carry items as described (including up to 80 lbs for some materials)
- Willingness to work in a traveling capacity within a van and visit customer locations (roughly 50% of the shift)
- Commitment to safety procedures and policies
- Ability to perform administrative paperwork accurately and timely
- Team player with ability to train or ride along with other technicians
