Job Summary
Cash Operations Technician responsible for cash operations of ATM and AirVac machines, including courier services, cash replenishment, deposits, and basic first-line maintenance (clearing jams, diagnostics, software updates). Works with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests, maintains inventory and paperwork, and supports training ride-alongs. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to obtain DOT certificate, and ability to drive over 50% of shift. Emphasizes safety, teamwork, customer service, and meeting metrics related to efficiency and first-time fix rate. Shift pattern includes 4-10 hour days; full-time role based in Green Bay, WI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver’s license
- DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Federal Medical Certification)
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties
- Ability to obtain and maintain insurance through Company’s risk insurer (as applicable)
- Ability to work in a safe manner when lifting and performing tasks associated with position
