Job Summary
Cash Operations Technician responsible for cash operations of ATM and AirVac machines, including first-line maintenance, cash replenishment, courier duties, and basic diagnostics. Works with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests, performs administrative tasks, maintains inventory and safety standards, and supports training/ride-along activities. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to obtain DOT certificate, and ability to operate a vehicle for a substantial portion of the shift. Must perform duties in a traveling, field-based role with a full-time schedule (often 4-5 day weeks) and operate in customer locations with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Federal Medical Certification)
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work
- Ability to follow the Field Service Handbook
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
- Organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or duties
