Job Summary
Provide cash operations support for ATMs and AirVac machines, including cash replenishment and courier duties, basic first-line maintenance (clearing jams, rebooting, paper replenishment, diagnostics, software updates), and escalation to tech support. Collaborate with the territory dispatcher to execute scheduled dispatch requests; complete tasks and paperwork accurately; maintain inventory and safety metrics; assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training. Requires a 4-10 hour shift pattern, ability to travel, and a full-time, field-based role with focus on security procedures and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to be insured through Company’s risk insurer
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Federal Medical Certification) is required
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Ability to work safely when lifting tasks are performed
- Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties
