Job Summary
Cash Operations Officer at Allied Credit in Macquarie Park, NSW. Reporting to the Cash Operations Team Leader, you will handle a broad range of cash and contract applications, direct debit and payment processing, invoicing, and reconciliation functions. Responsibilities include processing daily direct debit files, cash application, allocation and reconciliation of loan and lease receipts, handling contract terminations and dealer maintenance, processing daily dealer payments and loan/lease origination funding, and assisting with month-end closing and GL reconciliations. You will support process improvements, participate in transformation initiatives across Cash Operations, and collaborate with cross-team project leaders to drive systems and process enhancements. The role requires knowledge of financial services with an accounting degree completed or partially completed, and may benefit from experience in data processing/payments or cash application. Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role supports a hybrid work environment with in-person arrangements in Sydney, Australia.
