Job Summary
Cash Operations Analyst within the Payments Operations team in Hong Kong. Responsible for supporting end-to-end payment operations, incident response and resiliency initiatives, driving process simplification and automation to reduce costs, ensuring strong controls and regulatory compliance, analyzing payment and incident data, preparing management materials, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams on exercises, drills, and disaster-recovery planning. Key duties include incident management on duty, regulatory resiliency exercises, maintaining SOPs, developing dashboards and scorecards, presenting findings to management, and supporting tabletop drills and remediation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bank operations or project management
- Think like an owner, analytical problem solver and is able to spot issues early, escalates promptly, evaluates risk implications, and implements practical control fixes
- Strong risk and control focus with meticulous attention to detail
- Curious and fast learner on new technologies automation tools, and evolving processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with regional, cross-functional teams
- Professional, team-first mindset with a strong client focus; proactive, self-directed, and composed under pressure
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
