Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational and loss prevention standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold merchandising philosophy throughout the day. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work varying schedules. Starting pay is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
