Job Summary
Cash Office Admin role handling safe reconciliation, cash handling, and administrative duties in a hospitality environment. Responsibilities include reconciling the safe at opening/closing, making change for staff (servers, bartenders, retail), distributing staff banks, reconciling net sales audits, managing inventory and distribution of radios, keys, and pagers, answering phones and directing inquiries, maintaining files and records, assisting with staff training, coordinating with host staff on guest wait times, laminating nametags, selling and distributing uniforms and promotional items, and maintaining product knowledge. Requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Minimum six months in a guest service role with high volume cash handling experience; high school degree or GED preferred; health permit/food safety cards to be obtained prior to first day.
Required Qualifications
- Six months in a guest service role with high volume cash handling experience required
- One to two years of Microsoft Office to include proficiency in Excel and Word
- High-volume phone answering experience preferred
- High school degree or GED preferred
- Health permit/food safety cards. Staff Member is required to obtain cards individually and provide proof of possession prior to first day of employment
