Job Summary
Address and resolve complex questions from external and internal customers regarding business banking services, including Business Online Banker, Positive Pay, and ACH origination. Fully support the Remote Deposit Capture product by performing business customer setups, preparing contracts, maintaining files, and conducting scanner installations. Provide training assistance to customers on product features and troubleshoot technical issues involving RDC hardware and software. Comply with all security measures, policies, and regulations while adhering to standards measured by live call monitoring and case reviews. Work in a team environment, potentially assisting with work in other Operations Departments and training new employees. Requires valid driver's license, overnights travel, and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates degree preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Minimum four years Call Center experience or two years Call Center plus two years branch, back-office or other customer support experience
- NBT experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- PC skills in a Windows environment to include Word/Excel
- Technical knowledge of the installation and working knowledge of a PC scanner
- Excellent and problem solving skills and the ability to trouble shoot technical issues
- Ability to provide comprehensive training to customers
- Understand the roles and functions of various internal departments including Deposit and Loan Operations, Item Processing, Statement Rendering, EFT, Remote Deposit Capture and Research
- In depth knowledge of bank policies and procedures
- Travel required, may include overnights
- Valid driver's license
