Job Summary
Senior Cash Management Specialist providing technical and customer support for cash management products and services, including account setup, documentation, issue resolution, and compliance monitoring. Collaborates with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations, supports commercial account analysis, mentors junior staff, assists in training, and conducts audits. Maintains current knowledge of regulations and bank policies; prepares contracts and maintains customer files; resolves problems within authority; participates in special projects and discussions with prospects, customers, and sales teams to demonstrate product functionality; supports commercial lenders and cash management sales with document preparation and issue resolution. Requires banking experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Bachelor's degree preferred and five+ years of banking experience required.
