Maintains current knowledge of regulations and bank policies; prepares contracts and maintains customer files; resolves problems within authority; participates in special projects and discussions with prospects, customers, and sales teams to demonstrate product functionality; supports commercial lenders and cash management sales with document preparation and issue resolution. Requires banking experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Bachelor's degree preferred and five+ years of banking experience required.
