Job Summary
Analyze ATM cash activity and transaction trends to forecast funding needs, then plan and place cash orders based on forecasts and operational requirements. Monitor cash levels to prevent outages and coordinate regular and emergency replenishments with banking partners and armored carriers. Manage logistics for moving cash between banks, branches, and field teams while coordinating routes, delivery schedules, and time-sensitive shipments. Work closely with dispatch teams, technicians, and internal departments to resolve issues, support installations, and maintain accurate operational documentation. Identify trends and risks to improve processes, efficiency, and controls. This role combines analytics, logistics, and problem-solving to keep the nationwide ATM network funded and running efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years of accounting, finance, banking, operations, or related experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
