Job Summary
Provide superior customer support via telephone and email for cash management products, assisting with adjustments, reconciliations, and international services. Process customer account agreements, ViewPointe exchange settlements, ACH imports, and Federal Reserve in-clearings while verifying fund availability for image cash letter deposits. Conduct research, monetary and non-monetary adjustments, and distribute overdraft reports with high-risk monitoring. Perform image document scanning, system training, and infrequent front desk rotations. Requires three years of banking cash management or accounting experience, ACH/NCP certifications, and the ability to multi-task in a cross-trained team environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience in banking Cash Management operations
- At least 3 years of work experience in accounting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification
- ACH experience
- National Check Payments (NCP) certification
- Check 21 processing experience
- Check 21 adjustments experience
- Check 21 research experience
- Faster Payments Professional (FPP) certification
- Faster Payments experience
- Computer skills including software applications such as Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
- Ten-key calculator by touch
- Exceptional customer service, telephone and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Detail-oriented and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a cross-trained team environment
- Ability to multi-task and transfer from one function/department to another well
- Ability to work well with coworkers with various levels of banking knowledge
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
