Job Summary
Analyze ATM cash activity and transaction trends to forecast funding needs and proactively prevent potential cash outages. Plan and place cash orders based on forecasts, then coordinate regular and emergency replenishments between banks, armored carriers, and field teams. Manage logistics for moving cash to ATM locations while maintaining accurate data, reporting, and operational documentation. Monitor key performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities, taking ownership of issues from identification through resolution. Improve processes and efficiency within the nationwide ATM network.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years of accounting, finance, banking, operations, or related experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
