Cash Management Solutions Specialist

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of Cash Management solutions for a client portfolio, anticipating needs and proposing tailored strategies. Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from scoping and setup to post-go-live support, while keeping clients informed and ensuring they are well-trained. Follow up on incidents, analyze feedback, and address client concerns effectively. Adhere to internal controls and report key updates to the Team Leader. Contribute to the evolution of Cash Management services and share expertise across teams. This role requires fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office Excel. The position is hybrid, with two to three days in the office in Lisbon per week.
Required Qualifications
- Academic background in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- + 3 years in Costumer Service/Account Management in Financial Services, IT Support or Project Management roles
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- (Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
