Job Summary
Supervise daily Cash Management Service operations including deposit verification, change order preparation, currency/coin inventory management, and audit functions while serving Loomis customers. Implement, monitor, and recommend policy changes to ensure accountability and security of transiting currency and coin. Monitor workflow, adjust staffing needs, and oversee personnel actions to meet budget guidelines and quality standards. Act as liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, thrift charters, and commercial customers to resolve problems. Train staff on safety policies for employees, facilities, and vehicles. Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager and CMS Manager as needed. This role supports Loomis's network of nearly 200 branches and requires occasional travel for company, district, and customer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and Presentation skills (verbal & written) Required
- Ability to travel occasionally for Company, District, Customer meetings and events.
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 3 years previous experience managing a cash vault
- Knowledge of Loomis systems preferred
- Previous leadership role background and experience
