Job Summary
Implement and maintain Cash Management services sold by ensuring products are properly set up according to service level agreements. Provide high-quality client service to internal and external customers by assisting with technical support, product training, and resolving inquiries regarding Cash Management products. Monitor activities in the bank's general phone and email inbox while representing the bank in a courteous and professional manner. Perform joint sales calls with Line Units to provide product demonstrations and act as a liaison between Line Units and their customers. Assist in the evaluation of the product line, implementation of enhancements, and development of procedures for business products and services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- 4+ years of experience in Customer service in any commercial business product
- 5+ years of experience in Customer service in any commercial business product
- 6+ years of experience in Customer service in any commercial business product
- Valid State of Hawaii driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract
- Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to operate and proficiently use standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and/or other work related mechanical or electronic devices and applications
- Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers
- Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions
- Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents
- Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time
- Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a related field
- Administrative support experience in related area
- Bank operations and bank depository system
- Team leader experience
