Job Summary
Cash Management & Lending Sales Associate responsible for engaging corporate and institutional clients with Santander's cash management and lending solutions, analyzing client needs, preparing client-facing materials, and contributing to revenue generation. Requires 6–10 years of experience in banking/consulting, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong analytical and financial skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages preferred), and a proactive, ownership-driven approach. Hybrid work model available in Madrid, Spain with some days onsite and some remote. The role emphasizes understanding of corporate finance and banking products, client relationship management, and the ability to translate complex client needs into actionable banking solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields (Required)
- Experience in Banking, Consulting or similar environments (6–10 years preferred)
- Languages Spanish (Required)
