Job Summary
Senior Cash Management Consultant for Government Not-for-Profit within the Business Banking group. Responsible for identifying, proposing, and delivering cash management products and solutions to Government entities and Not-for-Profits, leveraging relationships with BRMs/BDMs to grow profitable cash management business. Acts as a trusted advisor on payments, receivables, and fraud within risk parameters, and leads end-to-end client journeys from prospecting through successful implementation. Engages with Not-for-Profits, K-12 schools, municipalities, school districts, and other municipal entities; builds internal partnerships; delivers thought leadership and CPD events; responds to Government and Not-for-Profit RFPs with cross-functional teams; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field and professional certification (CTP or equivalent) or ability to obtain certification; 7+ years of relevant experience; strong relationship-building, sales, negotiation, and communication skills, plus time management, planning, and strategic thinking. Location: Tempe, AZ. Full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- Certified Treasury Professional certified, or has ability to obtain certification
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or related business experience
- Excellent relationship management and business development/sales skills
- Excellent/strong selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent/strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent/strong presentation skills
- Maintain strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Strategic thinking skills
