Job Summary
Handle incoming mail and process a variety of transactions including payoffs, payments, refunds, reversals, reapplications, and returned payments. Perform liquidation processing for third-party sales and short sales, while conducting daily reconciliation of Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments. Process loan level disbursements voids and manage other cash processing duties as assigned by management in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Requires 1+ years of banking or lending experience, 10-key proficiency of 10,000 KPH, and availability for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of previous Banking, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable experience
- Current, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to accurately 10-key by touch with at least 10,000 KPH
- Available to work over-time as requested and required by business need and communicated by your manager
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a lending environment
- Experience with MSP or similar mortgage servicing systems
