Cash Control Analyst - Corporate Patient AR Management - Full Time

Job Summary
Verify all patient cash received from Regional Offices, Robert Packer Hospital, Troy Hospital, Corning Hospital, and Sayre Point of Service by calculating and initialing transmittal forms. Prepare daily cash deposits and complete bank deposit slips for currency and checks in accordance with the Patient Cash Control Policy. Reconcile credit card transactions with bank records, notify managers of discrepancies, and assist with corrections. Maintain daily logs of all cash receipts and payments, report figures to Finance, and distribute tracking reports to clinic management. Secure bank bag keys to limit access to approved personnel. Scan cash bags upon receipt and track over/short forms for Finance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting or closely related field
- one-year previous experience in a role with cash handling responsibilities
