Job Summary
Process customer checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, review third-party payment data, and match it to customer accounts. Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments. This role supports the Finance team at Uline, North America's leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials, ensuring seamless financial transactions for our growing North American company.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
