Job Summary
Process and allocate high-volume incoming customer payments with speed and precision, performing daily cash and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate account balances. Proactively investigate unapplied cash and resolve payment discrepancies while collaborating with Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury teams to clear outstanding items. Deliver key reconciliations and reporting to support month-end close operations, consistently meeting established SLA and KPI targets. Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest opportunities to streamline Cash Application processes. This fixed-term, fully remote role offers immediate start, a gross salary of 127,000 PLN, and an Individual & Team Bonus Scheme within a multinational UK-based consulting firm focused on process optimization and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Can join immediately
- Proven track record in a dedicated Cash Application or Cash Allocation role, managing high-volume transaction environments
- Hands-on experience working within SAP or SAP S/4HANA
- Solid experience in bank reconciliations, remittance processing, and payment investigation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to partner effectively with international stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with cash application automation software, ideally Esker
- Experience working within a multinational corporate structure or a Global Shared Services (GBS) environment
- Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks and process optimization initiatives
