Job Summary
Cash Application & Payment Specialist role responsible for accurate processing and posting of bank statement transactions, managing payments and cash applications to customer accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting monthly closing activities. Daily duties include processing and posting transactions, weekly direct debits and vendor payments, and ad hoc manual payments; monthly reconciliations of cash and cash equivalents; collaboration to meet internal audit requirements; and processing outgoing payments. Requires clear communication and strong organizational skills; English proficiency is emphasized and additional language skills are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High school education with a diploma
- University degree in economics or related field
- Experience in finance and administration is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Active knowledge of English, another language is an advantage
