Job Summary

Upload daily bank files into the financial system and apply incoming payments (ACH, wire, checks) to sponsored research accounts in accordance with award terms and University policies. Investigate and resolve unmatched payments, overpayments, and unapplied funds using remittance advice, sponsor communication, or internal records. Reconcile sponsor payments against invoices and award records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and sponsor-specific guidelines. Escalate unresolved items timely and appropriately while maintaining detailed documentation to support audit readiness. Contribute to policy development, system upgrades, and ad hoc projects including property data analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 -3 years of work experience
