Job Summary
Entry-level Cash and Trade Processing Representative responsible for performing basic to moderately complex cash management and trade operation tasks, including cash handling, check processing, return items, lock-box operations, and processing firm payments and receivables. Acts as SME for UAT and training, supports risk and compliance activities, and assists with processing project needs within the Transaction Services team at Citi.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in cash management processing and transaction services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9:30pm-5:30am
- Full-time employment
- Experience in cash handling, check processing, and lock-box operations
