Cash and Trade Processing Manager

Lead a 10-15 member team in Citi’s Cash and Trade Operations within a 24/7 Mail Center/lockbox environment serving government clients. Responsible for processing cash and trade transactions accurately and on time, coordinating with the Transaction Services group, reviewing quality and client reporting, managing performance and training, and ensuring SLAs are met. Duties include budgeting and procedure formulation, acting as backup to the Senior Manager, escalating and addressing control issues, coaching staff and temps, conducting regular 1:1s, ensuring staff compliance with policies, and collaborating with on-site teams for operations coverage. Requires on-site presence in Newark, DE, ability to work weekends/holidays, background checks, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in MS Office, with strong communication and leadership skills needed to guide a fast-paced, 24/7 operation and maintain regulatory and client expectations.
