Job Summary
Junior to mid-level sanctions operations analyst responsible for delivering client-focused service within the Sanctions Operations hub. Drive customer service strategy from Sanctions perspective to align with Global/Regional priorities; develop relationships with key clients, facilitate on-site visits, and ensure timely client communication. Investigate sanctions queries per Match Verification Guidelines, address client questions promptly, and escalate as needed. Partner with Global Compliance to improve client experience, perform analytics to identify trends and opportunities, publish insights to senior management, and monitor transactions for policy compliance. Assist with risk assessment, control issues, and transaction services projects in accordance with Global Sanctions Policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of relevant client facing role
- Sanctions & AML experience preferred
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Banking and Operations knowledge is an added advantage
