Job Summary
Cash Advance Specialist responsible for educating merchants on cash advance usage, enabling growth of their businesses, and closing loan deals. Responsibilities include calling merchants identified by the business and handling inbound inquiries, liaising with the finance partner and internal finance team to resolve queries, maintaining favourable merchant relationships, applying sales techniques, improving efficiency through CRM usage, handling escalations, delivering excellent customer experience to promote retention and loyalty, generating positive social media feedback, educating merchants on benefits and usage of cash advance, guiding repayments and requalification for offers, ensuring system issues are resolved, accurately capturing merchant information, and completing regular reporting. The role offers a hybrid, remote, and in-office work model.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a matric qualification
- 1 – 3 years call centre experience with exposure to CRM platforms in a Sales & Service environment
