Job Summary
CASEWORKER responsible for case management across child, family, and collateral contexts with a focus on advocacy, service planning, and discharge planning. Responsibilities include maintaining qualitative social work contacts, promoting education/vocational placements, preparing cases for interdisciplinary reviews, and representing the youth in collaborative planning with health and program units. Duties also cover engaging families, facilitating family therapy and collateral supports, maintaining comprehensive records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work or related field
- experience in foster boarding home or residential childcare desirable
