Job Summary
The Caseworker Level 1 is responsible for providing support to children and their sponsors in post-release services, requiring a Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience. Spanish proficiency is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with children and youth, case management, or child welfare services
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, or other social service field
- Proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to obtain CPI certification and CPR certification

- Experience working with children and youth
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and child welfare practices
- Proficiency in Spanish
