Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive case management and care planning for individuals and families, including client assessments, risk management for child protection and family violence, and financial assessments. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation while collaborating with internal teams and external service providers within a multidisciplinary environment. This six-month fixed term contract requires a Bachelor of Social Work and experience in complex client risk and mandatory reporting. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Social Work
- Demonstrated casework experience with individuals and families
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice
- Experience managing complex client risk and mandatory reporting obligations
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and community resource
- Experience in one or more of the following; mental health, disability, aged care, child & family services
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check
Desired Qualifications
- Domestic & Family Violence experience
- Russian or Hebrew language skills
- Understanding and sensitivity of Jewish Culture and Values
