Job Summary
Manufacturing associates will assist in the assembly of Windsor products. Responsibilities include operating small and large machines, inspecting products for quality, using hand and power tools (air gun, nail gun, saws, drills, measuring tape), staging and packaging finished products, pulling parts for assembly, reading orders/labels/schedules, and lifting heavy materials (60–100 lbs). Emphasis on safety and quality, with OT as needed on 1st shift (6 am–4:30 pm) on-site.
Required Qualifications

- Helpful but not required - previous experience with power tools
