Job Summary
Acquire new patients in the Saxony region and guide prospective clients and their families through admission and transfer processes. Continuously check capacity in residential communities for potential admissions by exchanging with regional managers while establishing new contacts with medical and nursing institutions. Communicate with additional staff departments to ensure continuous improvement of company goals within a four-person team led by the COO. This role requires a three-year nursing qualification or social work degree with healthcare experience, a Class B driver's license, and willingness to travel within Saxony.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Soziale Arbeit
- Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
- Erfahrung als Casemanager*in nach DGCC mit pflegerischem Hintergrund
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb
- Interesse an der außerklinischen Intensivpflege
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
- Sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick
- Bereitstellung, innerhalb Sachsens zu reisen
- Führerschein Klasse B
