Case Worker

Job Summary
Provide holistic case work support to people experiencing financial hardship, homelessness or housing instability; develop individual case plans in collaboration with clients; offer early intervention responses to prevent crises; connect clients with emergency relief and other community services; work alongside volunteers to deliver safe and welcoming services; maintain accurate client records and ensure information is managed in line with TSA policies; promote a safe environment by following WHS and risk minimisation practices; contribute to quality improvement, team meetings and accreditation processes; demonstrate commitment to person-centred, inclusive and culturally safe practice. Role requires relevant tertiary qualification or substantial experience, current WA driver’s licence, Working with Children Check, and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check; part-time (19 hours per week) role located in Albany, WA.
