Job Summary
The Case Supervisor role at Soar Autism Center is designed for Master’s students in ABA aiming to become a BCBA while accruing practicum hours. The position involves supervising RBTs, conducting therapy, and collaborating with an integrated care team. Ideal candidates are within 400-600 hours of completing their practicum. Relocation assistance is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA
- Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families
- Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization
- Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs
- Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback
