Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- JD preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a litigation law firm
- employment law experience preferred
- Proven ability to interface effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in technology use and assessment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with caseload management and matter staffing
- Understanding of attorney strengths, areas of expertise, capacity, and billable hours trends
