Case Staffing and Truancy Case Manager

Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary case staffing meetings and document outcomes; track compliance with court orders and service plans, escalating concerns as needed; partner with schools, legal stakeholders, and community providers to keep cases moving forward; maintain accurate records and ensure clear, timely communication with involved parties. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of case management or youth-services experience, with strong organization, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm (35-hour week). Location is Pinellas Park, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 2+ years in case management or youth services (juvenile court/truancy experience preferred)
- Strong organization, writing, and verbal communication; sound judgment and accountability
- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups in task-focused settings
