Job Summary
Provide one-to-one emotional support and behavioral interventions to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings while assisting with individualized treatment plans. Coordinate assigned caseloads, manage service intakes and authorizations, and maintain accurate case documentation in the Electronic Medical Record. Model pro-social behaviors, support family routines, and collect session data in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, attend supervision and meetings, and assist with staffing to ensure continuity of care. This hybrid role requires reliable transportation to travel between ABA clinics and includes a minimum of 15 hours per week of substitute coverage as a Behavioral Health Technician. Candidates must possess working knowledge of ABA interventions and insurance authorization processes. CCRES is a 501(c)(3) non-profit providing behavioral health services to individuals with special needs in Southeastern PA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year BHT related experience
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Human Services FBI
- TB Screening
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
- Ability to travel to multiple service locations
- Minimum of 15 hours per week of substitute coverage as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in behavioral health, case management, or related human services field
- Knowledge of Medical Assistance (MA) and insurance authorization processes
- Minimum of 6 months of employment with CCRES
