Case Research & Coordination Specialist - Human Services Program - Remote

Job Summary

Review assigned case information and validate address details using approved tools to support case readiness and field assignment. Determine if address data is complete, current, or conflicting, then document findings, source rationale, and recommended next actions. Create work queues, coordinate case movement through research and quality review, and assign or route cases to appropriate field teams based on geography, urgency, and operational capacity. Track milestones, aging, and completion status while maintaining accurate communication logs and documentation records. Coordinate with field operations, supervisors, and reporting functions to support timely case progression and handle redeployment when participants are unlocated or addresses change.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in case coordination, administrative operations, research, dispatch, scheduling, records review, human services support, field operations support, call center coordination, data entry, logistics coordination, or similar work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actions at the same time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare clear, objective, accurate, and timely documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards at all times
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, shared trackers, databases, and electronic documentation systems
  • Ability to learn and use approved case management, mapping, routing, research, or documentation tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with field staff, supervisors, quality teams, and operations leadership
  • Ability to complete required federal, client, and company training prior to assignment
  • Must pass a government security background investigation, including a favorable credit check
  • Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check after accepting a conditional offer
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be available for evening, weekend, holiday, extended hour, or surge assignments

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Training or experience in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, crisis response, mandated reporting, safety planning, or similar practices
