Job Summary

Review assigned case information and validate address details using approved tools to determine suitability for field follow-up. Document research steps, findings, and recommended next actions while identifying incomplete or conflicting data. Create work queues, coordinate case movement through research and quality review, and assign cases to appropriate field teams based on geography, urgency, and language needs. Track milestones, deadlines, and completion status, then escalate documentation gaps or potential conflicts for review. Maintain accurate communication logs, case coordination records, and status updates in approved systems. Protect sensitive participant and Government-related information throughout all operations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in case coordination, administrative operations, research, dispatch, scheduling, records review, human services support, field operations support, call center coordination, data entry, logistics coordination, or similar work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actions at the same time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare clear, objective, accurate, and timely documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards at all times
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, shared trackers, databases, and electronic documentation systems
  • Ability to learn and use approved case management, mapping, routing, research, or documentation tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with field staff, supervisors, quality teams, and operations leadership
  • Ability to complete required federal, client, and company training prior to assignment
  • Must pass a government security background investigation, including a favorable credit check
  • Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check after accepting a conditional offer
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be available for evening, weekend, holiday, extended hour, or surge assignments
  • Must be able to complete required federal background/suitability review, favorable credit check, security processing, and program-specific onboarding
  • Must be able to sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, conflict-of-interest, and standards-of-conduct acknowledgments
  • Must be able to protect sensitive participant, program, and Government-related information
  • Must be able to comply with standards of conduct, maintain professional boundaries, and follow all reporting, confidentiality, privacy, and information security requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Training or experience in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, crisis response, mandated reporting, safety planning, or similar practices
