CASE READY SUPERVISOR B SHIFT

Oversee production efficiency by monitoring make sheets, discussing daily goals with employees, and evaluating previous day's output to drive adjustments. Manage operational logistics by ordering sheets, attending meetings, reporting schedules, and performing pre-operational procedures to ensure equipment sanitation and safety compliance. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures ranging from verbal warnings to terminations, and conduct evaluations and follow-up training for newly hired staff. Verify packaging labeling and product quality in collaboration with the Quality Control department while ensuring proper safety equipment usage. This role requires reading, writing, and speaking English, with bilingual skills preferred, within a physical environment involving frequent walking, stair climbing, and exposure to machinery and loud noise.
