Job Summary
Manage a caseload of approximately 10 children with varying mental health needs by providing intensive casework and field services to support permanency goals. Conduct outreach to connect families with agency and community resources, coordinate Family Team Conferences, and actively participate in case consultations. Utilize the CONNECTIONS child welfare computer system to maintain written case records while collaborating with therapists, education specialists, and social workers. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or related field, foster care experience, and bilingual Spanish/English skills. Valid driver's license necessary. Bilingualism preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work; Psychology; or related field
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal, writing, and organizational skills
- Flexibility, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy
Desired Qualifications
- Foster Care experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
